Job Description /Key Result areas

  1. Perform a variety of human resource management work of limited scope and complexity under close supervision and guidance of a senior officer
  2. Process cases of appointment, promotion and deployment
  3. Verify information relating to recruitment and appointment
  4. Maintain Human Resource records and staff establishment
  5. Process cases for Human Resource and Administration Committee and assisting in the implementation of the decisions made thereof.
  6. Development and training of staff.
  7. Recruitment and placement matters.
  8. Salary administration and industrial relations.

Job specifications

A candidate must process;

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field from a recognized institution.
  2. In addition to the above requirements, a candidate must have the following key personal attributes and core competencies:

Personal Attributes

  1. Ability to work with minimum supervision
  2. Professionalism and integrity
  3. Good communication skills

Core competencies.

  1. Computer literate
  2. Oral and written skills
  3. planning


At least one year and above in the Public service environment. However priority will be given to those who interned at the Authority and have proven, commendable and clean track record.
